Finnspring-relay (27-04-2014)

First competition after injury... Over trying all the way, physically good when comparing to running amounts that I have had so far. Techniqualy bad, not enough confidence and too much trying to just run fast -> late at orienteering -> not so fluent and lot of unsurness
