O-intervals with 15000 scale at Korpihoilo. About long distance competition speed. I did bad at beginning, because I left about 200m wrong place to the first interval and because of that did bad to the 1. control (35s). After that small mistakes and one leg I didn't do like I was planned. In total little bit over 2min mistakes (half of them were like 10s mistakes). Not so good running, especially uphills were bad
